Sapit Lombok: Experience a Unique Coffee Journey

Welcome to the Micofam Coffee Tour in Lombok with Me, Ewa Satria – Founder of Micofam

Hello, I’m Ewa Satria, the founder and manager of Micofam Coffee in Sapit Village, East Lombok. I invite you to experience a unique coffee journey – an authentic experience that begins with the very roots of coffee

Sapit Village, where our coffee plantation thrives, is located at an altitude of 800 to 1,200 meters above sea level, an ideal location for cultivating Arabica coffee. With its rolling hills and fertile volcanic soil, this area imparts a unique character to the coffee we produce. Each coffee bean absorbs the richness of Sapit’s soil, giving it a clean, rich taste with distinctive aromas drawn from this natural environment.

We grow our coffee using methods that focus on environmental sustainability, carefully maintaining the ecosystem’s balance while optimizing coffee quality. In every step – from harvesting to processing the beans – we prioritize traditional techniques that have been passed down for generations in Sapit Village. It is this approach that makes our Arabica coffee so unique and special.
